Ben Dailey is a recognized global leader in supply chain, procurement, and finance transformation, with 30 years of experience driving strategic programs and continuous improvement across automotive, industrial, and consumer product sectors. With a foundation in industrial engineering and an MBA in banking and finance, Ben has advanced through roles spanning engineering (manufacturing, distribution, logistics), supply and materials management, procurement, IT, and finance, including accounts payable and travel and expense management. His hallmark is integrating people, processes, and technology to maximize enterprise value.
Javier Varela is the Chief Operations Officer for Rivian, where he oversees operations, including manufacturing, logistics, and procurement. Javier is also focused on Rivian’s critical priorities, including driving down BOM cost, non-BOM COGS, launching R2 in Normal, and the company’s critical efforts to improve quality. Prior to Rivian, Javier spent eight years at Volvo Cars as their Chief Operations Officer and Deputy CEO, where he led the R&D, program management, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement organizations. He oversaw the company’s three main regions, including 14 industrial sites, engineering sites, and tech hubs worldwide. He began his career at PSA Group (now Stellantis) in 1990. Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Vigo in Spain, as well as an MBA. A member of the Zero100 Advisory Board, he was named to MotorTrend’s 2023 Power List of the auto industry’s biggest movers and shakers.
Joydeep Ganguly joined Agilent in October 2025 as Senior Vice President, Agilent Global Operations, and Chief Operations and Quality Officer. In this role, he is responsible for Agilent’s worldwide manufacturing network strategy, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing sciences, quality assurance and regulatory functions.
Before joining Agilent, Ganguly spent nearly a decade at Gilead Sciences, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations and Chief Sustainability Officer, and interim Chief Information Officer. At Gilead, he led enterprise-wide operations, procurement, engineering, facilities and transformation initiatives, overseeing multibillion-dollar capital programs, driving operational cost reductions and advancing the company’s sustainability commitments. Before that, he spent 10 years at Biogen in technical operations, manufacturing and supply chain leadership roles, including Global Vice President of Manufacturing and Technical Operations, after beginning his career as an engineer at Bayer Corp.
Ganguly has published extensively on operations transformation and supply chain innovation and has been recognized for his contributions to advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing. He has served as Board Chair of the Gilead Foundation and as a board member of the Biogen Foundation. He currently serves on the boards of Bay Area Council and Biocom and is a trustee at Town School for Boys. He also serves on the board of advisors for Culture Biosciences and on the advisory council for North Carolina State University’s operations and technology program.
He holds a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University, an MBA from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune.
Kevin McCoy is VP, Made at New Balance Athletics in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s five US manufacturing locations, with a scope that includes product creation/design, innovation, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sourcing, and quality.
Kevin began his career at New Balance in 1997 and has more than 32 years of experience in the footwear industry. At New Balance, he has served in roles spanning product, R&D, and manufacturing before taking the role of VP, Made, in 2020. He is a board member of the United States Footwear Manufacturers Association (USFMA), whose mission is to reshore/nearshore capabilities to rebuild the domestic supply base to service US-based footwear manufacturing for both Berry Compliant and Commercial footwear programs. Kevin has a BA from UMass, and he resides in North Andover with his wife of nine years.
Nikki Logsdon is Director of Demand/Supply Planning & Vehicle Scheduling at General Motors, a position she has held since March 2023. In Nikki’s current role, she leads vehicle scheduling, capacity planning, and strategic operations. She joined the company in 1999 and has worked across manufacturing, purchasing, program purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and premium imports, including multiple plants and various HQ assignments. In addition to this, Nikki had a four-year assignment in China where she led GM China and SAIC, GM’s Supply Chain & Logistics Team. While in Shanghai, Nikki was a keynote speaker at the International Automotive Industry Summit and AIAG China Automotive Summit.
Rohini Chakravarthy is a venture capitalist with over 20 years of investing experience. As a Partner at NGP Capital, NEA, and Intel Capital, she served on more than 15 boards as an investor board member and has shepherded companies through exponential growth, successful acquisitions, and IPOs. Her expertise includes SaaS, infrastructure software, data, AI/ML, networking, wireless, semiconductors, photonics, and other deep tech areas.
She currently invests in early-stage, supply chain-oriented application and infrastructure software companies. Before going into venture, Rohini was a hardware design engineer at Bay Networks. Rohini received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS from Case Western Reserve University and a B.Tech from IIT Madras. She is deeply involved in alumni giving and actively supports women in technology.
Sabrina Carr is VP, Logistics and Global Capability Owner for the Order-to-Cash and Credit Process, where she provides enterprise leadership across logistics strategy, customer fulfillment, and end to end commercial enablement. With more than fifteen years of global supply chain experience, Sabrina is recognized as a transformational leader who bridges strategy and execution to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer centric capabilities.
In her current role, Sabrina is accountable for enterprise logistics performance, spanning transportation, warehousing, network optimization, and service excellence. As Global Capability Owner for Order-to-Cash and Credit, she leads end to end process design and governance across order management, customer delivery, invoicing, and credit, ensuring strong integration between supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to drive cash flow, service, and operational efficiency.
Across her career, Sabrina has intentionally built depth on both sides of the supply chain equation. Roughly half of her experience has been rooted in planning and strategy, including Integrated Business Planning, cross functional alignment, and long range capability design. The other half has been spent in supply chain execution, leading logistics, transportation, inventory, and customer delivery operations. Her leadership sweet spot sits at the intersection of these two disciplines, planning with execution in mind and executing with a plan in mind, allowing her to translate strategy into action while continuously improving plans based on operational reality.
Previously, Sabrina led Integrated Business Planning for the Clorox Cleaning Division, partnering across supply chain, marketing, finance, and innovation to align demand, supply, and financial outcomes. Her broader experience spans material sourcing, product innovation, inventory planning, transportation leadership, and customer delivery, giving her a true end to end perspective on value creation. She is known for leveraging autonomous leadership and guided discoveries to help teams navigate ambiguity, uncover critical insights, and deliver meaningful transformation.
Originally from the US Virgin Islands with family roots in Trinidad, Sabrina is a graduate of Georgia Tech, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Operations. She has been an active leader in employee resource groups for nearly seven years, taking on her first formal leadership role within the Black ERG and later co leading through the pandemic. She is also an active member of the Women’s ERG and, as a mother of young women, is deeply passionate about empowering Black women and helping others unlock their unique value and leadership potential.
Outside of work, Sabrina is committed to uplifting young women and creating safe, empowering environments for youth through sports and community engagement. A former volleyball and softball player, she credits athletics with shaping her collaborative leadership style, results oriented mindset, and strong team focus. As the daughter of a US immigrant, Sabrina sets ambitious standards for herself and others aiming for what once seemed impossible and making it inevitable.
Sarah Haffer is VP, North America Supply Chain Digital Transformation at Kimberly-Clark. In this role, she leads a holistic, transformational digital strategy encompassing agile product management, physical automation, advanced analytics, data governance, and supply chain system optimization. Sarah is an active mentor through numerous Employee Resource Groups and serves as Site Leader for Kimberly-Clark’s Neenah, Wisconsin, Innovation and Operational Excellence Center (IOEC).
Prior to this role, Sarah held several leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark, including VP, North America Logistics, Senior Director of Global Logistics, Director of North America Distribution, and Director of Transportation Pricing and Strategy. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, she spent 13 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility across Logistics and Wholesaler functions, ultimately serving as Director of Transportation Operations.
Outside of work, Sarah is passionate about developing brighter futures for at-risk youth. She has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri for the last 16 years and is a Big Sister to siblings Jhonae (24), David (20) and Milano (15).
Stefanie Fink is a procurement transformation leader focused on building the digital and data foundations that enable organizations to make faster, smarter supply decisions. As Head of Global Data & Digital Procurement, she leads initiatives that modernize procurement through technology, supplier data governance, and intelligent sourcing platforms. Stefanie specializes in translating complex procurement capabilities into enterprise value – improving financial accuracy, strengthening supplier relationships, and enabling data-driven decision making across global organizations.
Tom Cheslock is VP, Global Top Products and North American Operations (TOPS) at Pfizer and a member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Tom joined Pfizer in June 1999 as a Supply Planner for Women’s Health, Effexor, and several other products in the Solid Oral Dose portfolio. In 2002, he moved to the Knoxville Distribution and Logistics Center as the Operations Leader and later moved into the Site Leader role. In 2007, Tom moved back to Collegeville, PA as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy, followed by Global Supply Chain leader for Pfizer Consumer Health. In this role, Tom held responsibilities for all aspects of supply chain planning and was the primary interface with the Global Consumer President and a member of the extended Commercial Leadership Team. He then moved into an Integration and NA Market Leader role for the Hospital Business Unit, following which he became VP, Global Supply Chain for the Specialty Business Unit. In Tom’s current role, he is responsible for approximately $57B in product revenue with accountabilities for end-to-end product lifecycle strategy, execution, and orchestration to deliver on growth targets, customer service, inventory, and new product launches for the Top product portfolio. He is also responsible for the North America Market operations, supporting $37B in revenue in a multi-site operation and market team. He is also the primary interface to the US Commercial Leadership Team. Prior to working at Pfizer, Tom was a manufacturing engineer at Ford Motor Company and held various roles throughout the manufacturing and supply chain organization. He has an MBA in Management Sciences and Operations Management from Temple University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
