Andrea Albright serves as executive vice president, Sourcing, for Walmart. Since joining the company in 2005, Andrea has held positions of increasing responsibility, driving innovation and transformation across the Walmart U.S. Merchandising and People organizations, and earning a reputation as a dynamic, solutions – oriented leader.

Most recently, Andrea served as senior vice president/general merchandising manager for the Snacks, Beverages, Candy, Front-End and Convenience business. In this role, she orchestrated a rapid turnaround boosting topline sales with less inventory, spurred reinvigorated partnerships and innovations and raised customer experience scores via reimagined alcohol and checkout merchandising experiences. Prior to this role, Andrea served as Vice President of Home Office HR.

Carlos Ruiz

Chief Operations Officer, North America
Carlos Ruiz is L’Oréal’s Chief Operations Officer for North America, and a member of L’Oréal USA’s Strategic Committee. He joined the Group in 2015 as Vice President of Manufacturing for the US market, became Head of Operations for the Hispanic American countries in 2019, and Chief Operations Officer for Latin America in July 2020.

Prior to L’Oréal, Carlos built a successful career with roles of progressive responsibility at companies including Cabal Mexico, Alcan Packaging Americas, and Kraft Foods Group. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and an MBA, both from Instituto Tecnologico Monterrey in Mexico.

Luciano Sieber has been recently assigned to the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer for Colgate Palmolive, where the global supply chain is recognized as a key driver of growth, profitability, and corporate strategy, powering Colgate-Palmolive’s purpose as a caring, innovative growth company that’s reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets and our planet by producing and delivering health and hygiene products to millions of people across the globe. He is responsible for the End-to-End Supply Chain which includes Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service & Logistics and Sustainability & EHS. Dr. Maria Jesús Saénz

Director of the  MIT Digital Supply Chain Transformation Lab
Dr. Maria Jesús Saénz is the Director of the MIT Digital Supply Chain Transformation Lab at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics. The primary research examines new collaborative paradigms that arise while implementing new digital technologies in supply chains. Our research domains are multidimensional collaboration, digital supply chain capabilities and AI in supply chains. Dr. Saenz also serves as the Executive Director of the MIT Supply Chain Management Master Programs, an elite MIT degree that allows learners innovative educational paths in the supply chain domain, embracing the MIT experience. 

Dr. Saénz is certified in Leadership for Senior Executives and Participant Centered Learning by Harvard Business School. She received Cum Laude and the Outstanding Doctoral Award for her PhD in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from the University of Zaragoza, where she previously obtained her M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, while she also studied Mathematics Sciences for several years. She served MIT-Zaragoza Logistics Center as its Executive Director. Dr. Saénz has also led various international research projects for the European Commission, as well as for companies on Supply Chain Management innovation, such as Coca-Cola Femsa, Mondelez, P&G, Carrefour, Dell, DHL, Leroy Merlin or Caterpillar. She is co-author of more than 100 publications, including books and articles in leading international Journals. Her knowledge transfer work has received 15 awards and her research was cited in the media including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Forbes, Financial Times Press or Supply Chain Management Review. Alex Heath

Managing Director: US Head of Social Impact & Sustainability
Alex is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer and has spent his entire career working at the intersection of inequality and impact. He is Edelman’s US Head of Social Impact & Sustainability operating at the nexus of purpose, corporate responsibility, social impact, sustainability, ESG, and communications and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on the role of business in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.

At Edelman Alex leads social impact strategy and sustainability campaigns for multinational companies and foundations. He serves as senior counselor to leading companies, brands, foundations, and nonprofits, designing and implementing social impact and sustainability programming and the engagement campaigns to bring those programs to life in a way that builds trust between business and society.

In the Peace Corps he spent two years in northeast Thailand, working with local government agencies engaging young people on health and migration issues. Alex then moved to MTV EXIT, MTV International’s global anti-human trafficking behavior change campaign. Based in Bangkok with responsibilities across more than 20 countries in Asia, he built strategic partnerships with NGOs and government agencies to support their essential work in addressing the root causes of trafficking in the region, produced concerts and original content, and managed digital and social media strategy.

Hanh has over 15 years of experience as a scientist, management consultant and general manager and takes a keen interest in sustainable agriculture system, food security and the role of private sectors in delivering the solutions.

Prior to OCI, Hanh worked at McKinsey, serving clients in the chemicals and agriculture sectors on strategy, commercial and sustainability topics. She was a general manager for the Flower Bulb business unit at Dummen Orange and lead global climate and nature program at Unilever including setting up the $1Bn Climate and Nature Fund. Hanh holds a PhD in Molecular Plant Biology and Biochemistry from Cornell University.

Dustin is the Vice President – Logistics and Planning at Land O’ Lakes. He has been with Land O’Lakes for 16 years. Current responsibilities are focused on Supply Chain Strategy; Transportation; Warehousing; Digital Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics; and External Collaboration across three diverse business units – Dairy Foods, Feed, and Crop Inputs.

Previously, Calvin had numerous roles in commercial management, sales, research and development, and manufacturing at Shell Chemical and BASF. His most recent role prior to joining Ecolab was the Commercial Manager for Higher Olefins, Styrene Monomer, Solvents and Propylene Oxide derivatives businesses for Shell Chemical.

Calvin currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chemical Educational Foundation (CEF). CEF programs help inspire students, educators, and communities to build the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics workforce of the future.

Calvin graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He also earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Wayne State University and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

I have had the honor of leading this work for Sysco for nearly five years now.

In 2003, Priscila joined Cummins as the Purchasing Leader in Brazil. Shortly after joining Cummins, she moved to the U.S. to become the Global Sourcing Director for Forgings. In 2011, she moved back to Latin America to lead the Indirect Purchasing team and then the Direct Purchasing team. She moved back to the U.S. in 2016 to lead the Global Indirect Procurement organization and became the Vice President of Global Procurement in 2021.

Dave Clark has more than 20 years of business leadership experience at Amazon. Throughout his career, Dave has built a reputation for logistical excellence, strategic and long-term thinking, a high degree of integrity, and a deep commitment to serving customers.

Dave began his career at Amazon in 1999 as an Operations Manager, working his way up to become the CEO of Amazon’s worldwide consumer business in 2021. While holding significant leadership roles, Dave was the driving force behind the development and expansion of Amazon’s fulfillment and logistics programs, which have become the backbone of the company’s retail business.

He also oversaw several key divisions, including online stores, physical stores, third-party seller marketplaces, and the Amazon Prime subscription business, generating more than 75% of Amazon’s revenue in the first quarter of 2022. Dave helped define the vision for Amazon’s commitment to carbon neutrality as well, presenting a TED Talk in 2020 entitled: Amazon’s climate pledge to be net-zero by 2040.

Currently, Dave is a member of the American Red Cross Board of Governors as a long-time advocate for the organization.
