Ana Corrales is the Chief Operating Officer for Google’s Devices & Services business. As COO, she leads the development process for Google devices and services products and manages getting those products into the hands of customers. Ana also drives the end-to-end customer experience, IT systems, reliability, compliance, sustainability, and other horizontal capabilities across the entire consumer business. She previously led Google Devices and Services’ first-party channel growth with the Google Store e-commerce site and the first ever Google retail store.
Before joining Google, Ana served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Nest and as SVP, Product Operations at Cisco Systems. In 2006, she co-founded a solar startup, serving as acting Chief Executive Officer before successfully selling the company in 2010.
Ana holds several leadership positions across Google, including membership on the Women@Google board, executive sponsor for HOLA (Google’s Latinx Employee Resource Group), and participation on the Advanced Technology Review Council for AI Principles and the Trust & Compliance Steering Committee.
Ana has been recognized on Forbes’ CEO Next list, Fortune’s 25 Most Powerful Rising Executives (2024), and Bloomberg Línea’s Most Influential Latinos (2022). She has also received honors from the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the Hispanic Information Technology Executive Council (HITEC), and an OnCon Icon Award as a Top 50 COO. Known as a seasoned leader who transforms startups into multi-billion-dollar companies, Ana was named one of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas in Business.
Craig Jones is Chief Supply Chain Officer at On. As a customer-centric supply chain leader dedicated to meaningful transformation, he brings a strategic blend of financial acumen, data-driven insights, and digital transformation expertise to build agile, resilient, and customer-focused supply chain ecosystems. Craig has a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics, having led several large-scale global operations that drive profitability and operational efficiencies. He is passionate about the power of real-time data analytics, AI, and predictive modeling for improved forecasting and inventory optimization.
Daniela Ottini is SVP, Specialty Care Manufacturing & Supply at Sanofi in Paris, where she oversees the global manufacturing network for specialty care products. Her career highlights include managing diverse portfolios and leading strategic initiatives at AbbVie and the startup biologics operations in Singapore. Previously, at Abbott, Daniela held various roles over 16 years, including Manufacturing Director of a major site in Italy and Regional Purchasing Manager for Europe and Asia. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and a master’s in business engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Martin Kallestrup Friis is SVP, Global Supply Chain Operations at the LEGO Group, where he brings together broad leadership experience from both finance and supply chain. Having spent around half of his career in finance, Martin has a strong commercial mindset and a natural ability to connect operational decisions with business value and long-term strategy. Today, based in Billund, Denmark, he leads global teams across planning, operations, logistics, and transformation, with a focus on making strategy practical, meaningful, and executable. Colleagues know Martin as a pragmatic and thoughtful leader who enjoys simplifying complexity, building strong relationships, and bringing people together across functions, markets, and partners. This perspective is at the heart of his Live presentation, Resilience by Design: How the LEGO Group Rewired Supply Chain for a More Disrupted World, where he will share reflections on how supply chains can be designed not just to withstand disruption, but to adapt, respond fast, and create value in a changing world. Martin is passionate about the evolving role of supply chain—not only as an operational backbone, but as a strategic enabler of resilience, innovation, and growth. Outside work, Martin lives in Aarhus, Denmark with his wife and their three children.
Rafik Amrane is Chief Supply Chain Officer at Opella Healthcare. He is responsible for global sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and supply activities with a network of 13 best-in-class manufacturing sites. Together with a team of 5000+ passionate professionals across the world, he is committed to serving Opella’s loved brands to consumers. An athlete and former Olympian rower, he knows all too well the thrill of breaking boundaries and applies this winning mindset to implementing strategic, collaborative resource utilization and cutting-edge technologies to optimize every stage of manufacturing and supply operations. His experience spans the human and animal health, automotive, and banking sectors, and he previously held strategic and operations roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing and Merial before he joined Opella in 2017. Rafik has also driven many large-scale performance transformations in various industries at McKinsey&Co. He has travelled extensively and spent time working in Brazil, Portugal, and Japan. As well as his native French, Rafik speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently.
Steve Song is a strategic supply chain executive with a proven history of building best-in-class organizations and accelerating P&L performance for CPG companies such as P&G, Avon, The Estée Lauder Companies, and Sanofi. Currently, as Head of Supply Chain at Opella Consumer Healthcare, he leads a global organization of over 700 across end‑to‑end supply chain operations, delivering service, resilience, inventory, and performance at scale.
Suleyman Nezih Kocaman is Senior Director, Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing Excellence at Pladis Global. He has 20+ years of leadership across Pladis Global, 3M, and Danone and a proven record leading global network strategy, capacity planning, intercompany S&OP, manufacturing operations, logistics, customer service, and Lean Six Sigma transformation across multinational environments. He is a trusted senior leader for shaping end-to-end supply chain strategy, simplifying complex tradeoffs, building cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable improvements in cost, cash, service, resilience, and operational performance.
Victoria Goddard is Director, Supply Chain & Manufacturing at Illumina. She is a dynamic, senior executive with 17+ years of experience transforming pharmaceutical and biotechnology supply chain and manufacturing operations. Her expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex global projects, and successfully transferring New Product Introductions (NPIs) from development into commercial manufacturing. With proven skills in sterile and automated production, validation, and strategic supplier relations, Victoria thrives on delivering complex initiatives on time and driving continuous, impactful improvement at regional and global scale.
