Supply chain leaders face a defining moment. While 2025 brings unprecedented uncertainty – volatile global trade, accelerating AI disruptions, and intense cost pressure – it also presents a pivotal opportunity to harness the transformative power of agentic AI. This isn’t incremental improvement; it’s a fundamental redesign that will separate tomorrow’s leaders from those left behind.

Organizations that fail to act decisively risk being caught flat-footed with inadequate roadmaps falling catastrophically short of their vision. Currently, only 5% of companies deploy agentic AI operationally, yet breakthrough implementations demonstrate extraordinary potential, with adoption projected to reach 20% by year’s end.

Zero100’s research reveals that first-wave AI adopters are embracing an expanded mission that dramatically increases supply chain’s business impact, including significant reductions in supply chain headcount per dollar of revenue. They are making meaningful progress on supply network transparency while infusing material, information, and decision-making flows with greater agility. And now, this same group is growing its lead, powered by agentic reinvention.

It’s tempting to bear down, hide, and ride out periods of mass disruption. Yet it’s this precise moment that calls for bold action. Get on the front foot or miss out on the productivity promise of the agentic age.

Event Themes

Supply chain’s influence continues to expand while simultaneously being challenged to its core by shifts in global trade. How can you work across your ecosystem to create more dynamic supply networks? What needs to change considering today’s global trade environment? What moves should you be making now? We’ll share perspectives from leading ops, tech, finance, and geopolitical leaders to help you stay nimble while building for the future.

Agentic AI – dynamic systems that autonomously make decisions without human intervention – promise to revolutionize process flows and speed-to-action across supply chains. Which processes are most ready for agentic AI experimentation and scaling? What are the prerequisites before moving to pilot? We’ll share insights, benchmarking, and real-world use cases from the Zero100 AI Hub as well as patent, robotics, digital capabilities, and global trade datasets to help guide you, no matter your starting point.

Supply chain, data science, and IT skill sets continue to converge, shaping role profiles across operations intended to blend technical and soft skills in totally new ways. How should you organize to upskill? How do you cultivate systems thinking and learning acumen? We’ll share fresh data and benchmarking on talent management to help you devise a program to build tomorrow’s fusion team.

As AI moves from experimentation to a series of focused initiatives, transformation programs require more advanced change mastery. How can you get payback on the tech you already have now? What skills are needed to speed up the adoption of new technologies and business processes? We’ll unearth successful practices from those who have driven quantifiable ROI.
